WALL TUBING CTL’s H range of thin wall heat shrink tubes is made of cross-linked semi-flexible polyolefin which shrinks uniformly to form a permanent insulating covering. On recovery, thin wall tube will conform to the shape it is applied over. Ideal for low voltage electrical insulation up to 1000v. Supplied on reels or cut to any desired size. MEDIUM WALL TUBING
CTL’s HM range
is a cross linked medium wall, heatshrink, polyolefin tubing having a
shrink ratio 3:1 to 4:1. The medium wall thickness provides a tough and
semi-flexible insulation making the product ideal for the protection of
underground cable joints, crimped terminal ends, and cable terminations.
The HMA range contains
hot melt adhesive lining which ensures an environmental seal that prevents
the ingress of water.
Basic Properties:
Continuous working
temperature range: -55¾ to +125¾C
Dielectric strength: in excess of 15kV/mm
Standard Colour: Black
Supplied in lengths of 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m or cut to any desired size. We can
also offer flame retardant/self extinguishing types.

WALL TUBING CTL’s HTH range is a cross linked heavy wall, heatshrink, polyolefin tubing having a shrink ratio of 3:1 to 4:1. The toughness and weatherability of the tubes makes them well suited for exposed applications for protection of cable joints. The HTHA range contains hot melt adhesive coating. Basic Properties: Continuous working temperature range: -55¾C to + 125¾C Dielectric Strength: In excess of 15kV/mm Colour: Black Supplied in standard lengths of 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m or cut to any desired size. |
