The Manufacturing Division has a screen-printing and label-printing unit incorporated into on the main Wimbledon manufacturing plant.
Fine-tolerance screen-printing onto metal work is carried out either as a stand-alone subcontract activity, or as an integrated process in the manufacturing cycle.
Labels are manufactured in an infinite variety of colours, sizes, and media for a diverse range of customers and end-uses. Batch sizes range from small quantity requirements to runs of over 10,000. Printed adhesive front panels and touch panels are also CTL specialities.
The unit is equipped with semi-automatic printing benches, and has screen making and artwork production abilities. Customer instructions can be downloaded via Email for a fast turn around.
