Lightguides perform the function of transferring light from one location to another with little or no loss of luminance. They have many applications; one of the most popular is to transfer light from an SMD LED (or from a poorly positioned LED) to an enclosure’s front panel.
All Mentor light Guides are ESD-proofed, suitable for front panel use and can be used with SMD LEDs to reduce assembly costs. A large standard range of single to quadruple rows, upright, circular rectangular and flexible variants is available and special requirements can be produced to order.
