As part of its on-going plant investment programme CTL Metalwork plc has recently installed a new fully-automated Powder Coating plant. This conveyorised solution incorporates automated three-stage Iron Phosphate pre-treatment, spraying and drying units.
This investment has allowed CTL to retain its reputation for producing powder coated products that are finished to the very highest standards - delivering the cost and resilience benefits of powder at a finish quality equivalent to that of wet spray.
Complex masking and other processes for EMR and EMC requirements can be included.
Wet spray enamels and acrylics are still offered for specialised applications and for those metallic finishes that are not available from powder.
